WHAT'S NEW at GLOAMING PICTURES
June 9, 2008 —
Jim Isler has received a Best Editing Award nomination from the Wildscreen Festival, an international wildlife and environmental film festival in the U.K., for his work on PBS's two-hour NATURE film, “What Females Want/What Males Will Do.” Winners will be announced in October.
March 20, 2008 —
Our new film, “Once More To The Cabin,” a personal documentary about our grandmother and her log cabin in Boothbay Harbor, Maine, is now in postproduction. Our grandparents met in Boothbay Harbor in 1945 and returned every year for 62 years. The film depicts her first trip back since our grandfather's passing.
Sept. 7, 2007 —“Building Blocks,” the pilot episode of “CRITICAL HOURS,” our new independent television series, was nominated for a KIDS FIRST! 2007 Best Award in the category of Best Documentary for ages 8 to 12.
